Sheldon Inns Ltd are a well-established pub management company managing long and short-term lease's

We are a dynamic and passionate company which run sites across the Midlands. We currently hold a variety of sites from country pubs to town pubs to Some wet led pubs, some serving food and some public houses with letting rooms. We take on and vacate new sites each month, so our portfolio of pubs held is ever changing.

We have many years of experience of running pubs from small local wet led pubs to food driven public house with letting rooms.We currently have 25 sites under our banner but are always taking on new opportunities.

We have the fantastic opportunity for a Pub management couple to join our highly successful team.

Pub management couple requirements are as follows;

The candidates must be competent and able to recruit and train staff,
Prepare beer orders,
Manage wastage control & money management,
Efficient at time management and have great customer service skills as well as creating a warm, friendly & relaxed environment.
Must have a personal license, and a food hygiene certificate (level 2 minimum) is an advantage.
